FAQ

Are the casual and formal sessions included in the packages?

Yes. Our more complete packages include both the casual and the formal session. You can also book them separately as add-ons if you choose a smaller package.

How many photos do you deliver and how are they delivered?

We deliver all high-resolution photos, professionally edited. Delivery is through a private online gallery so you and your family can download and share easily.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking your XV date at least 6 months in advance since popular dates fill up quickly. You can reserve with just $100 and lock in today’s price.

How long does it take to receive the photos?

Full delivery is within 2 to 4 weeks, but we include a teaser with highlight photos within the first 7 days so you have memories right away.

Do I have to order prints through you?

While you’re welcome to order prints through me, you also have the option to print your photos directly from my client portal. Once your photos are delivered, you can conveniently order prints and have them shipped straight to your home. This gives you the flexibility to choose the print sizes and types you prefer, all from the comfort of your own home.

Can I add extra hours or video coverage?

Absolutely. You can add extra hours, a highlight video, or social media content as add-ons to any package.
